Friendly enough staff but at one point I did wonder if she knew what she was doing (I was having my second lobe piercings done) Very overpriced so I won't be going back there again sorry!

Terrible piercing experience worst of my life and I have many piercings made my ear bleed terrible Caitlin should be ashamed of herself and her line manager Vanessa was happy at me being used as a human pin cushion too. Avoid at all costs.

I went they for my first piercing and the lady she put it in 2 different places and they got infected within 1 day and prices to expensive for what your so I would recommend getting them done at headinsm

Had my nose pierced here and couldn't fault the piercing process, very friendly staff, good knowledge and excellent aftercare advice. We also got 20% Off store for having a piercing which went down well with the kids

I arrived there 15 mins before closing and no one was there (only wanted to pick up my order) however the shop should have been open. The light was on, no properly locked door as a closed shop looks like (door locks weren't closed), knocking on the door for w while, the phone was ringing as I called them then. Call them 3x and waiting for 15mins (until the official closing time) but no result.??????

1 star is too much. Stay away. My 2 piercings in my left ear hurt as the gun didnot release easily. For over 4 weeks this ear throbbed. Over 2 hours I tried to remove the backs. Both earring broke. Apparently this does not qualify as a refund. I refused a replacement earringand will be contacting Trading Standards.

Over priced items most of the time and there’s one staff member that walks around wearing a Snoodie and stands right outside the main door where customers walk in and out smoking and vaping, not a good look you want representing the company!
