This is a great local shop that provides for the area. They stock their own products plus Co-Op with plenty of selection and choice for all your needs.The shop keepers are so lovely and polite and always make sure they can help.If you need to fill the cupboards this is definitely the place to do it and it’s kind to your pockets.

Not adhering to the consumers right act 2015. The guy just rejected the return goods (2 bulbs as they were unfit ) which I purchased 10 min ago. he told me that they don't do that". Do what? Follow the law?"

Very bad customer serviceWouldn't let me use my card to pay for milk. Says i need 4 pounds worth of shopping to use card. Scam bags!!!

Disgusting customer service!!The owner has no manners at all. I would recommend M&S across the roadwhere the staff are very polite and the quality of food is much better.The owner to needs change his behavior otherwise his not going to have any customers left to serve!

very indifferent attitude towards customers, male receptionist hates taking hermes parcels and frowns his eye when he sees someone dropping hermes parcel. if they don't like hermes parcels then they should just stop doing business with them.

Great to have a shop so near as I have no transport and can't use supermarkets. Very helpful staff. Important to now start some kind of limit on number of shoppers in the shop at any one time as aisles are very narrow.

Very expensive and quite rude, so not accept card payments for items less than £5 ,cash machine charges for withdrawals, better off across the road marks and Spencer, free cash withdrawals there too.Tried again, this time bought milk that was out of date
