Absolutely fantastic service. My EPC light came on last week and I managed to get a booking to assess the car in no time. Suzanne couldn’t have been friendlier and really helped me and my family out with any queries- hoping she gets rewarded for her professionalism. On the day of the car being checked I received a quick turn around being told my crank shaft sensor had failed but it was repaired as soon as possible. I sound like I’m going over the top but this is the best experience I’ve personally had with a dealership and I’ll make sure to use them in the future for MOTs/services. Couldn’t be happier, great job to all of the team, and a MASSIVE thank you.

He then was able to find a great solution for us before making sure we were not exceeding our ideal costs. Can’t knock the place at all - friendly staff and overall easy experience.

Quick, friendly, great, helpful service.Got my dream car hassel free at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if your looking for a new car. My only disappointment was I thought I got a fairly low price on my part ex vehicle, other than that, I'm extremely happy. So it's a big thumbs up from me

My car was in at Seat Stockport for a service and whilst there all the chrome trims were damaged with traffic film remover. I emailed straight away and was told the Valeters had put a concentrated chemical on my car so I took the car back for it to be sorted at my inconvenience. When I went to collect the car the service manager then changed his mind and said that it was because my vehicle was old and that it was caused by acid rain. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and I will not be taking my car to them again.

Me and my wife recently visited Lookers Stockport to view a Leon Cupra that I’d seen online.We were greeted by Mihad, who was extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. He looked after us and catered for our every need.After deciding to purchase the car, he guided us through the process and made the whole transaction very smooth. He was very professional and wasn’t your typical, pushy salesman. The package on offer was absolutely fantastic too!!The overall experience instilled a level of trust and this experience continued when I had the return the car for a minor wheel balance issues which was rectified without question!!All of the staff at Lookers Seat are genuinely committed to delivering a first class customer experience (and car) and it certainly shows.I wouldn’t hesitate buying another car from them in the future.
