Scott was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic chap. I don't think anyone could doubt the competency and professionalism this company displays.Competitively priced Laptops on display at the ground level display room along with TVs and the odd desktop to keep everyone satisfied. Peripherals may be purchased along with sound advice on all your techy needs.Mezzanine level hosts a workshop for on site repairs. Huge Tesco car park so you can drop off your computer very easily if you need work or upgrades done.Shop local use it or lose it !

I went in earlier this week with what I thought was a broken charging port for my iPhone. I expected to need to pay lots for parts and labour, as well as wait for the work to be done. The man in the shop had a look and it and was able to fix it within minutes! Very appreciative and would highly recommend their services.I also went in a few years ago for a screen replacement on an iPhone and that was done very quickly at a very good price.Many thanks!

Took my overheating laptop into the shop around 2 p.m.Collected it around 4:30 p.m. same afternoon.Inspected, fault diagnosed, repaired, now cool. Was kept informedthroughout by Scott. Brilliant service. Recommended.

Highly recommend Iconic. They are great for advice when I’ve wanted to buy laptop or device for son, have fixed my laptop (thankfully!) and even lent me an iPad while they did so as I’m in the middle of a course. They are so nice as well!

Scott built my son what has to be the coolest gaming computer ever…. we both love the transparent PC case and flashing lights, and my (very fussy) son tells me the performance is excellent. Scott walked through what he wanted, gave some great advice, and custom built in just a few days. Great service and support, and having spent several months trying to research on line, much cheaper. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed by their communication; they made me feel very confident in their abilities and not like an idiot for having broken my laptop in the first place!

Highly recommended. Faulty laptop tested and diagnosed within an hour and repaired the same day including replacement of the drive with an ssd. Cost was very reasonable and there was no attempt to up sell. This is service as it should be.

The staff in this shop are so unbelievably helpful. I purchased a macbook pro from elsewhere and I was hunting a USB adapter for a mouse to fit with it. At short notice the staff organised a bluetooth mouse for me to make a tight work deadline. Thank you so, so much!
