Terrible experience. After waiting for the job appointment it didn't happen on the day as he didn't arrange access prior to get to the gutter. Advised this would be rearranged, then ignored all calls and messages until he finally said he just didn't want to do it. This has held up our house sale. Unreliable, do not bother if you want the job done.
