First time ordering from here and I was extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of the fish. We ordered sashimi grade salmon and tuna and ate it raw and it was absolutely delicious and so fresh. Can’t wait to order again!

I came across this place online and looked at there website for a specific type of fish which to my surprise came up as in stock and i was very pleased with this. So i decided to order at least 6kgs worth as it seemed very promising and looking at other reviews and the fact they have been in this business for many many years and plenty of experience. I also rang in to check if my item will be sent together or individually which I wanted and the staff was very helpful. I received my order well packaged and i was very very pleased with my purchase and the quality of the product and quantity. This place will now be my favourite online fishmongers and i won't be going elsewhere. I will be placing more orders soon. Well pleased thank you for your excellent service.

Ordered crab cakes 3 pkts of 6. Couldn't wait to try so defrosted 2 immediately. This is an ultimate favourite having had Maryland cracakes in USA and Canada. Absolutely dreadful, from the mush inside to the horrendous coating. About half the width of photo. A pity of the poor chef who created these, I fear for him. Needless to say in bin. These were for my sister from Canada!!!!!!!!

I have been ordering tropical fish & other seafood for a while now and the service & products has been of very good quality. I had an issue regarding one of my orders and I must say that the team & management were very helpful in replacing this order to the value of over £50... they even revised the postage for me. Good customer service, next day delivery as promised, good packaging, Good selection of seafood while they even had salted Cod for acquired taste buds. I will recommend and continue shopping for my seafood with Bradley. Thank you for my order received promptly this week as agreed.

Our family are a lover of fresh jellied eels. Bradley’s are the worst quality and frozen junk. Look toward Barneys of Billingsgate and other fresh suppliers of eels and avoid supermarkets even Waitrose have been hoodwinked probably because the taster has never lived in the East End to know what true fresh sea food tastes like. Avoid major supermarkets who stock these awful tasting bits of rubbery bits. Surely Bradley’s would prefer to receive decent reviews. Young people will never know the true taste of fresh eels bit like bottled cockles one cannot eat those either.

I know what frozen fish at sea looks like. What frozen fish from fresh looks smells and tastes like.I bought whole Mackerel the guts were like a past. The flesh wasn’t white. Had a smell I could not identify. The taste was disappointing. No need to say we bin the whole lot.We bought wild whole red prawns. Some were ok but the majority were mushy after cooked. Obviously it all ended up in the bin.Just in case I am 62 years old grew up in MOÇÃMEDES a fishing port in Angola. I am also Portuguese. I’ve been cleaning and cooking fish and prawns for over 45 years. My criticism is genuine.Bradley’s fish and prawns have been the worse I have encounter in my whole life outside Angola and Portugal. A complete waste of money. Anyone who know fish and prawns and want them to taste like wild frozen from fresh fish do, rest assured Bradley’s wasn’t it at all.Extremely disappointing.Will not be ordering it again.

Avoid them. I was order Turbot skin fillet on Friday 16th around 10:00am, I have paid for Saturday delivery.It arrived to me after 3 days on Monday 19th. The fillet was defreeze, courier company kept it without a freezer for over 2 days.Instead of fresh frozen Turbot I have spoiled smelly fish. Customer service didn't reply to my complaint.

Online order was easy, I found the items I wanted - cod, haddock & sardines. Delivery was spot on, I was informed of delivery timeslot. Items were well-packed and frozen. The fish tasted nice with no funny smell. I'm happy with the quality of the frozen fish. Excellent value for money. Cheapest fish and chips quality cod and haddock I could find. Just look at the picture of the XL cod fillet. Massive.
