Lea Harrison Soft Tissue Therapist

My husband first made contact with Lea when I think he was fed up of my constant moaning. I had resigned myself to living with joint pain thinking it was a part of getting older, depressed I couldn’t do what I used to do at the gym and worrying I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my grandchildren! Lea took the time to find out what exactly my issues were, my lifestyle and what it was I wanted to achieve. My Achilles was one area of pain I was particularly struggling with sometimes having to crawl up the stairs at the end of the day, on my first session the pain was almost too much to bare but Lea worked on the muscles surrounding and by the end I was feeling no pain to touch, although sometimes I still get the odd twinge this has been very successful. With my other joint pain I am working with Lea to find ways to mentally deal with everyday life, looking for triggers and coping mechanisms and things to work on at home. I have more sessions booked and I feel reassured there is hope for me!

Took my teenage son, who has been suffering with painful knees, to Lea to see if he could help. Lea did an excellent job of explaining to us what was causing is as well as a lengthy massage of his legs to alleviate the issue - son walked out without the pain, and much happier.

He listened carefully prior to the treatment and worked attentively throughout, easily identifying areas of tension and professionally working through them while communicating with me the whole time. After the treatment my legs felt brand new and neck pain from an accident 8 weeks prior was gone. I highly recommend Lea if you want help for a specific issue or just a high quality massage. Lea is excellent at his job and very knowledgeable about the body and what it does. He is very good at fixing it when it goes wrong! Lea straightened my hips after finding I then out of line with one leg longer than the other and was running wonky. He explained everything as we worked and gave me exercises/stretches to do to compliment the work that he had done. Thank you Lea. I now have him on speed dial for any running issues that I may get

I sought Lea's help after suffering some neck pain, which was preventing me playing sport and doing much else. After attending several physio sessions, I had no luck, but Lea took one look at me and knew what the issue was straight away. He worked his magic in places nowhere near my neck - when he was finished, he was confident his work was done and that would be it - I was naturally surprised and cynical, but the pain had gone. Days and weeks later, still no neck pain. Amazing. I still haven't had to have any further sessions.To top it all off, Lea is just a great bloke. Very friendly and genuinely just wants to help make people better.

I went to see Lea with Achilles Tendinitis, he explained what the problem was and how best to alleviate the pain. After a long and thorough massage of my whole leg.I left being able to walk without limping.
