Michael is a lovely man to deal with. He certainly knows his stuff and took great care. We had our engineered hard wood floor resanded and varnished. it looks amazing just like a new floor and so easy to clean. He even leaves you with a special cleaning mob and solution. i would highly recommend him

Michael did an amazing job with our living room and hallway - see before and after photos! It honestly looks like a brand new floor but you still get the character of an old floor. Having moved into a property with an unfinished damaged wood floor I was presented with removing and replacing or trying to refurb. Honestly expected the remove but Michael has worked a miracle and meticulously sanded and prepped a dusty damaged floor. Looks amazing so impressed with the result.

Michael was very professional and did a thorough job. Many issues of decay found to the existing floor joists and he did a great job of replacing and going the extra mile to protect joist ends and damp from penetrating the new floor. The flooring were good quality and I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Aire Valley Flooring have done an outstanding job on our wooden floors. The results have made the rooms feel so much better, going from heavily worn floors to modern yet classic feeling.There are now no gaps, any boards that have historically been cut are far less noticeable, and the floor is much more even.Two wooden floors were fully restored over three days by Michael and Charlotte. There was zero fuss, and super clear communication throughout. We even had to delay a couple of months and that was no problem. Any gaps such as cupboards were taped up, and there was minimal work needed from us to clear dust afterwards.Watching Aire Valley work, you can really see why it's better to get experts like these in, than do the job yourself.We wish we had more floors that we could get Aire Valley working on! Cannot recommend highly enough.
