This company was employed by the insurance company what a waste of time. They were employed to clear my property out after a burst, items went missing but I had no proof. They turned up when they felt like it, I wished I had read the reviews I wouldn’t of had them anywhere near my property in the end I refused to let them come back, unfortunately I can’t give them less than 1 star

Insurance company sent these guys out for a leak detection in bathroom/shower area - 1st attempt, 3 guys turn up couldn’t do anything as no authorisation to do any work!2nd guy turns up, removes a tile, cuts a hole in plaster work and cannot see a leak.Refer back to insurance comapn who wriggled out of the claim due to no leak being found so put down to sealant/grout issue.They reported to have used gas trace and visual trace - well no gas trace used and the visual trace took all of 5 mins in one area - so they can say they checked for a leak I have no idea!

Absolute shambles of a company. Don’t arrive when they say. Then when someone did turn up, after calling to complain, he left to ‘pop back to his van to get the parts’ and never returned. Called numerous times, promised updates and still nothing at the time of writing. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys

Appalling service that has left my young family without heating or hot water for days during an Amber weather warning for exceptionally cold temperatures. Persistently misled us and kept telling us that an engineer would fix the issue (after several diagnostic visits by bemused , uninformed and unqualified engineers) only to be told 5 days after the heating and hot water failed that they would not be proceeding with our claim.Uncaring and dismissive call centre staff who didn’t ever grasp the seriousness of the situation. Unclear and obstructive escalation process that has blocked every attempt to reach a solution.I will be making a formal complaint and urge readers of this review to reconsider using this unprofessional company.1 star, only because 0 stars is not available

Awful customer service. I was advised when they come out that it was a simple sensor fix and they’d order the part, normally takes 3 working days. Call a week later as I’ve heard nothing advised they are ready to order the part but need my service certificate. Send this over. Another 2 weeks later I’m informed they won’t do the work as it’s beyond economic repair. Why does it take nearly a month to advise this? The engineer advised it was fixable (notes from engineer show fix of about £130) also why would I be informed by the customer advice agent that they are waiting to order the part but need my certificate? Joke of a company, don’t tell your customers lies, if the engineer advised me on day 1 that this was the case I could have planned accordingly, not strung out over winter with a boiler not working correctly. I’ll call a local trader for a second opinion and I will be reporting this to the financial obudsman.

My claim was passed to this company for home emergency assistance due to a bathroom leak, was contacted promptly by them, asked a series of questions and informed someone would be out within 4 hours. Waited till midnight (just under 5 hrs later) and called them for a update to be informed that they had passed it back to my insurers. Contacted Halifax emergency to be told that 3 minutes after they had said they would be out they had passed it back to Halifax saying they wouldn't cover it. Why say they would then not call me back to say they had made a mistake in their assessment and wouldn't be out. Terrible service from both companies.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star Worst service ever my house had a pipe burst due to the snow and my bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling collapsed, my walls are very damp and you can see there's water in there, floor is damage, in short my whole house seems to be falling apart. I was told that I needed an electrician to come by to check if the electrics are working OK so the insurance company can send someone for the investigation.I was scheduled a time from 8am to 12pm. I couldn't live in my property as it was not safe and bit liveable. I waited outside in the rain yet no one turned up, I called them several time yet no update, I then receive a text to say that my electrician will be with me within 1hr (x3). I waited until 6pm I then decided to make way to my mother house where I'm living temporarily which is 1: 45mins away. I receive a text as soon as I left that they attended and no one was home which was a lie. I was told by one of the call handler that I would receive a call half hour before they come but nothing like this.This is the worst experience ever. I just Hope they don't treat people like this where they just lost there house and making them wait without an appropriate update and apologies.

After my toilet started leaking I made a claim with Trinity Claims who contracted out the work to Disaster Care which in reality was a true disaster in itself!I was told they would arrive betwen 9 to 5pm bearing in mind I have only one toilet and every flush caused a further leak which went through my ceiling and fell like heavy rainfall into my kitchen. Someone eventually came at 6pm only to say he hasn't got the part to repair the leak however, he did provide good advice to avoid further damage and also said someone would come before 10am the next day.Only received a call to say the job that I was quoted £75 via mybuilder would now cost £378 and I was told I need to pay £78 as that is above my claim limit otherwise they will not send an engineer. They left me no choice but to pay what I would have paid privately anyway but 48 hours later.I was provided no breakdown of the cost or invoice but told to pay a figure plucked out of thin air or live with your leak.Atrocious company run by cowboy con artists!

Avoid! Insurance company (HALIFAX HOME EMERGENCY) referred me to this company for a small leak. On arrival the subcontractor walked though the door with just a spanner in his hand and rather than fixing the small problem he managed to cause a monumental amount of damage to the pipework. He advised me he was going to call the muppets in the office" and 5 days later he still has not returned. After complaining another plumber was sent out and confirmed the previous plaumber caused damage on an easy fix job but now there is an evidential report everyone at Disaster care are hiding there heads and just advise me to claim on my buildings insurance. One of the managers "michael" finally promised to send 2 men out to fix the damage but it's now turned out his gone back on his word.Currently seeking legal advice and anticipating this will end up in small claims court.BE ADVISED HALIFAX HOME EMERGENCY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!"

91 year old left with no heating for 2 days !! emergency home insurance - they referred to this sham of a company- guys on phones fine, but said couldn’t get anyone day one, but would next morning- rang midday next day to be told no one that day either as apparently engineer off sick - but will be well enough to be there by 10 next day !!! Ok - if he was sick , no ones fault - but why have contract with only 1 engineer and why not have the decency to let us know , rather than our having to chase - UNACCEPTABLE… let’s see if they turn up but not holding our breath and from other reviews likely to be poor workmanship- complaint to insurer lodged
