We went there to play some pool and have a beer, it’s not a crowded place. They charge £5 deposit for each cue and £1 for each pool round. We spent £10.70 in 2 ciders which is the regular price paid in pubs. The telly was a bit loud but I guess it was because of the football match.Overall it’s a normal pub as any other but chill.

The pub wasn't overly busy. It had a nice friendly and calm vibe for its location. It seems like the 'local' for the area. The bar staff were nice, friendly and attentive. We went in for a couple of drinks on our way back to the hotel. For 2 desperados it was £8. I guess it depends on the eyes of the beholder in terms of pricing. Some may find that expensive and others may find it the average price for a typical drink in London. Overall it was a good experience. We would go back ☺️

I paid a visit to this pub a week ago. The last time I was here was early last summer when I had a lovely time with friends and I remember the landlord as a lovely man. The experience this time was completely different. I was served by this middle-aged woman with short grey -ish hair and she couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. What happened to this place?? Has it changed hands? AWFUL AND NEVER AGAIN!!

Excellent pub, recently refurbished and now has THREE pool tables which is marvellous considering nearly all pubs have taken them out in the gentrification push of the last 20 years. Proper old school boozer and a great pint of Guinness with excellent, friendly staff...probably one of the top 3 pubs in the Hammersmith area and there are alot of pubs in this neck of the woods!

Excellent service, but the burger and fries were too salty, sometimes the pub smells unpleasant, but this is probably a characteristic of many pubs in London.

The atmosphere changed after the old Irish guy left, it use to be a really nice pub with lovely stuff and nice selection of beers. Now....it's completely different pub. The lady behind the bar (I think she's the new owner) is really rude, not welcoming and always looks grumpy.They take you glass away when you haven't finished your drink.It's a real shame. Been coming here for a long time with friends and family but we will be looking at a new place. More friendly one.Thankfully there are lot of nice pubs in Shepherd’s Bush
