Staff arguing and swearing when confused about orders that have come in, ignoring the 3 stood at the front of the shop waiting to be served. When one of them did get round to us the others stood in the back and stared at an oven.

Goto be the best breakfast in the northwest at the very least, for quality, quantity and price. Staff are superb, friendly helpful, bubbly and the service is speedy. Highly recommended.

Visited this shop for the first time today as I've recently just moved to the area. I ordered a Turkey, Lettuce & Mayonnaise Baton & I must say it was beautiful.The turkey was lovely & succulent with crisp lettuce.I was also impressed with how friendly & welcoming the staff were & the general brightness & ambience of the shop.Lots of choices on the menu & I shall certainly be visiting again.Highly recommended indeed.

We ordered lunch packs for an event we were managing to provide fresh food daily over a weekend. They provided over 100 lunch packs over 2 days delivered on time to where we needed them. Great value for money and the feedback on the quality and selection was fantastic. Our team on the event gave positive comments without prompting. We are now arranging to place the next orders for further events.

The lovely people at The Big Sandwich shop catered for our anniversary party. We had the hotpot and mushy peas! It was absolutely delicious! Amazing! Everybody loved it and I can't recommend this team highly enough!If I could leave more than 5 stars then I would. ⭐
