I used Andrew to conduct an EICR check.Initially talked a good game. Did the report on time as promised. The report was sent to me with a cost of remedials quoted at £550.I challenged some of the observations and he quickly said he made some typos, he then made some changes to the report and sent it me back. I thought this was unprofessional as how could he be so sure typos were made.I then took a second opinion and found that the observations made were actually false and when I tried to speak to Andrew about it he did not want to get into a conversation.Poor professional competence and a complaint has been submitted to NIC.

Andy re-wired our whole house and worked very hard from the early morning to the evening over several weeks, even over Christmas. He gave helpful advice, was reliable and is also easy to communicate with. Thanks Andy!
