Visited earlier this afternoon 01/04/23, I dont usually leave a review but shocked by the filthy restaurant with food, grease, dirt over the floor, trays and tables and chairs. Really grim place to eat, even the nice new toilets unclean. Makes you wonder if the front of house is that dirty you have to wonder about the state of the Kitchen and areas you can't see.

On 29th November myself and my husband got chicken from this kfc.2 days later my husband was in critical care with Campylobacter gastroenteritis (from undercooked or contaminated chicken) he has also had a kidney transplant which was put at risk due to this illness.There’s no way of proving that it came from here, but would advise anyone who buys chicken from here to be vigilant and cautious.We won’t be returning here anymore.

One of the best KFC I think we have ever been to. Quick service, food hot which was great, all orders came out as they should and no sloppy presentation and tasty. All in all a good lunch and would 100% use again.

Although the food does taste good at this KFC the customer service is appalling. The staff run at the speed of a sloth with arthritis, they never give you exactly what you ask for (3 times I've been. 3 times things are missing) and if you even attempt to pay at the counter rather than the machines, expect to just stand there for an eternity and be ignored whilst they bag everyone else's meals up.

Nice keen and quiet KFC.Food was good for a KFC, not too greasy and good service. Best still with always seems to be quiet enough.Recommended drive through in SWF Essex.

After having a long day with 11 hours of driving and then having to do a night shift and work until 9am the following day I had stopped off at this KFC on 12th December 2023 only to go through the drive through at 10:20pm for my dinner.I had asked for a twister wrap box meal which they said they weren’t doing at the moment and that was all I was told.I then got to work only to discover once I arrived at work and sat down to eat my food that the chicken was pink in all pieces of chicken therefore inedible!I ate the burger bun and the salad and the chips but the rest was thrown away in the bin.I’m really unhappy about this as I am now unable to get any form of food and after spending a fair bit on my meal I couldn’t even eat it.Avoid this place if you decide you fancy kfc your best bet is to travel further away and get yourself some chicken that’s able to be eaten without making people sick!!

I came here tonight and came home and opened my bag of food to find this poor quality chicken, one burnt and one small and burnt chicken burger. I had to go back and get fresh food. The counter staff were helpful but the chef needs retraining and to learn how to present food for customers. Extremely shocking! Even though I got a fresh order, this has put me off going back now!

Always use the drive thru for a faster service.Always busy but the staff do their best.I have noticed the food quantity has reduced....but prices have increased.****updated****Very disappointed and disgusted on how they have made the toilets unisex. My daughter went to the toilet on her own but came back out because she was confused as their was an adult man in there. When I took her myself, I have realised that the usual ladies toilet is now a disabled toilet and there was 3 or 4 cubicles for both sexes. Well I for one was disgusted by this as this could encourage to commit criminal acts (sexual or assault) on minors or the vulnerable!!!!!!KFC- SORT IT OUT AND MAKE THE TOILETS A SAFE PLACE FOR EVERYONE!!! Put it back to males and female toilets. If there are people that don't feel they don't fit into these categories... change the name of the disabled toilets to offer others to use them.

It has had off days with missing items bland food and no receipt printing,but nobody is perfect and they make up for it by far with super speedy service and succulent meat. I recommend the gravy dip!

Don’t normally leave bad reviews but the food was awful. Ordered the new Teriyaki Burger and it was stone cold and they gave me a fork to eat my aero ice cream and no napkins. Won’t be going back there.
