Roy Waterhouse's Bathroom & Kitchen Showroom

We would like to thank Roy Waterhouse Kitchen and bathrooms for their excellent service, especially Adam for his creative expertise designing our kitchen. Mark the joiner/plumber was an absolute star and true craftsman, also David Whiteoak for his electrical expertise. We would totally recommend this family company for any bathroom and kitchen remodeling you might need.

I just had bathroom totally renovated from Roy's and it is above and beyond my expectations.Martin who fitted it is a master craftsman, his work is superb and I can't recommend him enough. I didnt know what to expect ,but all I can say is absolutely fabulous. I am so happy I choose to go to Roy's.

Just had my bathroom completely transformed!! Roy was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the furniture, but I was a bit nervous about the fitting as a I’ve never had that kind of work done before. Turns out I didn’t need be worried because Mark was amazing! He was hard working, clean and tidy (used the vacuum more than I do!). Nothing was too much trouble and I am so grateful. Thank you Mark ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the finished product is even better than I imagined.

Order a bathroom from Roy very helpful throughout the process. Great choice of bathrooms throughout the price range. Roy helped with a new shower fitting while we waited fitting of new bathroom as ours was leaking, much appreciated. Waited some time before fitting as recommended fitter very busy. The fitter, Mark was fantastic. Every day of fitting took away elements of the old bathroom and left the house emaculate. Updated us every day on planned work and work done. Great communicator, extremely helpful. Got the impression he takes pride in his work and wants customer satisfaction. Albus our dog is missing him terribly now he's finished. Fitted to a excellent standard. No complaints. Would highly recommend Mark if buying from Roy

Adam was super knowledgeable about his kitchens and advised me in the best options.I’m really glad he talked me into getting the sink as it’s fab.Our dishwasher had a fault and within a day Adam had a replacement ordered.Recommend.

Visited this showroom and was met by a friendly member of staff who said the owner was on holiday but we can take a look and if we liked something to return when the owner was back as he could help us and give advice. The products looked good so we returned a week later and wish we hadn’t bothered. Upon entering we were met with immediate hostility from the owner (Roy). Said we would need an appointment if we wanted his advice (which I was perfectly ok with, even though we weren’t made aware during our original visit this was via appointment only). However, even simply asking him what days he was available, was responded to with an incredibly aggressive and rude tone. When it came to booking the appointment we made our excuses and left the premises feeling very shocked. I try and support independents where I can, but this is a definite no. If you are an ethnic minority or immigrant please avoid this place at all costs - a quick look at his personal Facebook page after this told me all I needed to know and explained the horrible attitude from the moment we stepped foot there!

Went to Roy's to have a look for a much needed new bathroom. Only really having a vague idea what we wanted Roy took his time to sketch out a design & then take us around the showroom to let us have a really good luck at all the bath's/toilets etc never once rushing us to making a choice there & then. Having chosen our bathroom Roy kept us updated on when the bathroom would be fitted. Our fitter was Mark & what an absolute trooper he was. Never once complaining about our wobbly walls or wonky floor. He arrived every day with a smile on his face & got stuck into his days work then cleaning up & vacuuming at the end of his day. The job Mark has done is fantastic !! Our bathroom is everything we wanted it to turn out like. I would certainly recommend going to Roy Waterhouse's.

We can’t recommend Roy enough. We had a problem with our shower glass and he sorted it out straight away, even though it is 5 years since our shower was put in. Roy’s after sales service is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you once again.Paul & Sue Holdsworth
