Money making scheme.I know lots of friends who have had a bad experience.No one should ever trust these matchmakers.Go out there, believe in yourself and u will find someone.These matchmakers don’t care about you. They only care about money.Rubbish and useless . Do not join this fake site. I will be reporting it to the authorities. Everyone else should as well

STAY AWAY, POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL WITH HIDDEN COSTS!I am writing this so that anyone else doesn't experience what I have and loses their money and avoids any hassle with dealing with this service which is either run by Rosie Khan or her helpers.I signed up based on the followingSubmit your details on the link below and make your website profile Registration Payment of a one-off £100.Our members can then request to have a face to face meeting with you"this is nonsense as you are then hit with another £160 just to have your credentials verified at a meeting... what a joke! Am I meeting the queen to have a 3 course dinner? . There are no mention of the £160 or any additional costs within the terms and conditions or anywhere else on the website which is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The T&C's are only available to you once you have paid the £100 fee which is a joke as you do not know what you are signing up to beforehand and is not at all legal. I asked for a refund as per their T&C's under the 14 day cooling off period but all I got was withheld number calls from a female who runs the service but I never answer withheld calls. As I did not answer they called they decided to call the details I had put down for reference purposes to discuss my email in full which is against data protection as I did not give them any consent to do this. If there is anyone reading this please don't be fooled by the pretty looking website.They also confirmed they will not refund as they have provided a service but I can't see how this is the case when I emailed directly (2 hours after) I paid the £100 fee and how could they provide the service when they did not even meet me to verify my credentials etc.... So they have provided the service to me which should be over a course of a year in just 1 day???They also informed me that It would be best to try to attend the meeting the following day or wait a few weeks as they are busy. So I pay £260 but wait have to wait a few weeks as they are busy with other meetings!. I don't normally write reviews but I am out of pocket £100 which it looks like they need more than me. They are also not even an official registered company and you do not even know who you are talking to as they do not put any contact names on emails. Imagine if I had signed up to their £10

Terrible service. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Several others have had similar experiences, which I was made aware of after attending the consultation appointment. Inappropriate requests made for copies of personal documents including household bill, payslip, passport, employer details to be sent by email or to be photographed on a non-encrypted iPhone at the consultation. I have no objection to these documents being seen at the consultation to verify ID of a client but do not feel it is necessary to send a copy to the company nor for photos to be taken on an iPhone which is not a secure medium to store such personal data. False advertising that there would be an opportunity to meet singles after the consultation appointment. Only females attended so no scope for any introduction to potential matches. Information was provided regarding photo opportunity at the consultation (which was paid via eventbrite), however no mention was made that a charge of £40 cash would be required and that the individual would not be given access to their own photographs afterwards, but that the company would own the rights of the photographs. A request was made within 2 hours to refund the £180 fee that was paid at the consultation in order to register for the service, after giving further consideration to the way in which personal data was stored, however the request for a refund was declined, despite the website stating 14 day cooling off period.
