Terrible service: everchanging advice even after sharing all communications/evidence, little attention to detail meaning I had to keep submitting info already shared. Long response times. Assigned a part time solicitor seemingly dealing with a full time caseload.

A driver collided with my car, which was his fault however it was contested by him and his insurance company. My insurer engaged Lyons Davidson to represent me in the case, which lead to a court hearing that was found in my favour.Lyons Davidson were very professional and efficient on their communication and handling of the case. Through the course of my dealings with them I was assigned to 3 different case handlers, all of whom were very helpful and friendly in their communication. I’d like to say thanks to Becky Keaney, Dannielle Todd and Pooja Joshi for their help and support.

This company contact me after an accident in 2019 which was clear cut the other person's fault, started with great traction then the cracks started to form, loss of paperwork, loss off expenses.Think I'm on my 5 case worker and now no contact what so ever. Portal is unmanned or checked. Calls not answered.Bad enough being bullied in to proceeding with the case when I wasn't sure I even wanted to do it. Now just to be ignored is a joke! Why do we pay for extra legal cover?More interested in listing there fee's than speaking to us like humans.Other party has lied in there statements and wasn't even picked up on. Was told that would be spoken about 30 mins before I enter the court room...... next month!!Think I will follow other people's advise and seek advice and speak to my insurance company. Definitely worth avoiding this company

Unfortunately I Suffered a no fault accident just prior to the global Pandemic. This ultimately caused delays to my claim being settled, and I was passed through several different case handlers during that time. As the third party initially denied liability, that prolonged the case even further. My final and main case handler was Catherine who handled the case through to completion. I would like to thank Catherine for her clear communication and professionalism in achieving a satisfactory settlement for this difficult case.

My claim, as a driver who had been hit by another car did not initially go well. The main problem was the very poor diction of the person who was talking me through quite a detailed fact finding form. Nothing seemed to be happening for quite a while, until Catherine was assigned to the case. Catherine came across as somebody who really knew what she was doing, and was exemplary in keeping me up to date with progress. I definitely felt that I was in safe hands and although the whole process has taken longer than I would have anticipated I fully accept that this was due to factors outside of Catherine's control.

This has been a drawn out affair due to Covid and skeleton staffing etc; a very difficult time for everyone. However, once I was assigned Roy Parmar as my solicitor things went smoothly. I was kept updated by Roy every step of the way and he always took the time to explain and discuss thoroughly the details of my case; although a very busy man, you never felt like you were being rushed through on any call with him.Excellent service and very pleased with the outcome.I would thoroughly recommend Lyons Davidson to anyone.

Lyon’s Davidson dealt successfully with my compensation claim after I was hit by a motorcyclist whilst I was cycling last year. Samantha Mercer dealt with the case and I was impressed with her work, she fully explained each stage of the process and was more than happy to answer any questions or queries that arose. Just referred my complaint about LD to the Legal Ombudsman. Instructed them in March 2022 via our LV legal cover insurance. Case has just concluded in September 2023 and unfavourably for us. Not quibbling the outcome but boy am I quibbling how LD have strung this matter out simply heightening our stress and anxiety. The last 18 months or so of our lives have been spent micro-managing LD to do their job. Plus when the Case Handler rang my husband to inform him that the company we were pursuing for compensation had put themselves into liquidatin hence no chance of us recouping our £10k losses, the Case Handler ended the call saying: ''Have a lovely day''. I kid you not. LD= Soul Destroying.

Incompetent company, slow letter drafting without reading casenotes, 1st stated funding due now due to their legal rep error stated funding unlikely due to legal rep not checking thoroughly casenotes in 1st place. Already contacted complaints, customer care
