The Dental Group

Recently visited The Dental Group for my dental work. Can't thank them enough for their kindness, patience and professionalism. They put me at ease and am really happy with my teeth and smile again.

I was talked into buying a dental plan, I was told it would save me money but I later worked out it costs me a lot more and was unnecessary. Their website prices for this at that time was not updated & their prices in general are not transparent. I let that go but then I was told I needed 1 filling so I had that done but when I went to pay I was told they did 2 fillings and they said I was told this but I wasn’t told this at all and I couldn’t see 2 fillings. I also found some of the staff rude. I couldn’t deal with the stress & couldn’t trust this practice, so I left even though I had a paid dental plan because it was that bad!

I couldn't be more thrilled with my smile make over. From start to finish the entire staff at the practice were incredibly helpful and supportive. I had two consultations with Jeff, which really helped to determine exactly what I wanted to achieve.Though the actual make over day is long, everyone is so lovely that it doesn't feel too bad. It isn't actually as uncomfortable or painful as you might think and you even get lunch!The final result is better than I could ever have expected, I have shiny white teeth and look like I should be on Selling Sunset!Jeff and the nurser (who was amazing) both stayed late to ensure the result was perfect. I am so happy with my new teeth, Jeff is a true master of what he does. Honestly if you are considering a smile make over you cannot go wrong at The Dental Group, it will be the best money you have ever spent.

5 star service from The Dental Group, would highly recommend.Off to Australia tomorrow and wanted to see a dentist before I go as I was experiencing some discomfort. They managed to fit me in within 2 days of me getting in contact and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I've just booked in for my second appointment, will be a returning customer!

Great dentist. 6 years ago I had a root canal from Jeff. Absolute brilliant service never had a problem since. Just came back for some filling work and can’t believe the service I’ve gotten from these guys. Couldn’t recommend more :)

I would like to give a 5 star rating to everyone at the dental group giselle should be very proud of her team , they are sponsoring me for miss London and Frankie gave my teeth a clean she was very reassuring and making sure I was okay. Big well done to all of the team at the dental group xxxx

Had to book an emergency appointment. Other dentists in the area didn't have dentists working until the next day whereas the Dental Group were able to shuffle things slightly to accommodate me! Very quick and good job at making the repair too and thrilled to have my teeth in order again thanks to the Dental Group.

I recently visited The Dental Group in Southampton for a repair of my retainer and was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in,Maria and Caroline was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel at ease.Dr. Jeffrey was also fantastic - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.Overall, I had a great experience at The Dental Group and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
