After suddenly losing my mum last July 2020, I contacted Graham & Palmer as they had just opened near my home, I called and spoke to Matt and immediately felt that I had made the right choice. Both Trina and Matt took me step by step through what they had on offer and I instantly knew that my mum was in the right hands. Everything was handled with the utmost respect and I can't thank you all enough for the care and support you offered to myself and son. I would without a doubt recommend Graham & Palmer for their respect and empathy throughout what was such a difficult time. Thank you once again, Julie, James and family.

I’ve recently used Graham Palmers & Co for my Mums funeral, they have been extremely helpful with everything. I was aware of the process of arranging a loved ones funeral But Jake made this Extremely easy for me every step of the way, they went above and beyond. Losing a loved one is never easy especially when you have the worry of a funeral on top. Having booked and cancelled a funeral with R Davies due to poor exploitative service, lacking in compassion and what can best be described as profiteering, we were lost at our most vulnerable time. Graham Palmer were recommended to us. From our first telephone call and subsequent meeting, I knew we had found the perfect organisation to entrust with laying my brother to rest. From start to finish Trina and Dale were attentive, accommodating and compassionate. They were focused on our wants and needs, even through the challenges presented by covid. Their empathy was only surpassed by their professionalism and that resorted in a procession, service and tribute that truly honoured my brothers lasting memory. After my fathers death, Dale and Treena treated dad with the utmost dignity and respect and provided a send off that he would have been proud of. Outstanding!! This was my first time of ever arranging a funeral and I had been worrying about there being a hard sell. Jake and Russell dispelled that concern at the first meeting and Mum & I left already knowing this was who we wanted to look after Dad. They were both very accessible and accommodating and the day itself went without a hitch. Russell walking in front of the hearse outside the house was a lovely traditional and respectful gesture that meant a lot to me. Jake was also our celebrant which made it feel more personal and not just a stranger I'd never seen before talking about my beloved Dad. They also helped us choose the container for Dad's ashes, they came up with the most apt scatter tube which was personalised and very touching.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (not for a while though guys!!) and would say the personal touch from an independent company always wins out over the corporate companies. Thanks for everything gents, you made an emotional time in my life just that little bit easier!

Starting with an Enquiry about arrangements when it became obvious that the end was nearing, all the way through the process on my fathers departure from this world to the next.Jake and the team at Patchway were helpful considerate and compassionate. Making the whole issue seamless.The compassion that was shown during telephone updates was heart warming and I felt heartfelt as well. Anything that was said was from the Heart.I would highly recommend them to anyone having had a bereavement to Visit Graham Palmers for a first class service.Not just because we bear the same surname, in no way am I connected to this team.A heartfelt thanks to them all from all the family both here and in New Zealand.

A heartfelt thank you to Jake, Russell and their team. The compassion, care and respect shown to our loved one and our family was second to none. A beautiful service, where Jake recounted all the ‘best bits’ of our loved one’s life. Jake and his team were simply superb, my Dad did not want a religious ceremony so we planned a celebration of his life with Jake who was also our celebrant. The planning process was inclusive and Jake embraced our requirements superbly. This difficult period was eased by the way Jake supported us as a family. His leadership complimented my eulogy which had all of those attending smiling as they remembered the great things my father achieved throughout his wonderful life. Thankyou Jake, you did my Dad proud and we left our family with some wonderful memories.
