I had the best service today from Frank Chen and his Manager. They gave me their best advice and compared a few different watches to suit my style.Frank found me my perfect watch and a cheaper one to what I was originally enquiring about! He explained everything really well and was not at all pushy, he was very friendly but also very knowledgeable!Plus the added drinks was a great touch.Thank you Frank for your efforts today. Amazing service, the manageress was superb in dealing with an issue I had with the online boutique. Jake was also extremely helpful in dealing with the issue, one of the best experiences regarding customer service. This is a perfect instance of why the high street needs to be kept alive. Amazing customer service where you are greated with the offer of a drink as soon as you enter the shop. Visit two weeks running where we dealt with by both Alex and Emily. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable which made purchasing the perfect watch so much easier. Can't rate the experience in the store enough.

I had the loveliest experience in this shop when I was buying myself an early birthday present. Jake, the assistant manager, and Scott from the sales team we’re so lovely, Taking the time to show me different types if watches and helping me to identify what exactly I wanted in my watch and helped me to find the perfect one. Went to the tag Heuer shop on my birthday Was welcomed in a nice and professional manner all the colleagues in the store where nice and friendly and was shown the watches that I picked out when I rang up for the appointment they were very helpful with the information of show me how the watch work and what I needed to do to keep the watch maintained they showed me a different options of the watches and gave me information of the watches that suited me and my preference they did not pressure me in anyway shape or form to buy a Watch or to buy a pacific watch but they were very good with the information that they were giving me to know which watch that I pacifically wanted for my preference and thank you to all the staff at the tag Heuer shop for giving me the best experience on my birthdayFrom Reece

We had a great experience at TAG Southampton- the staff Ryan, Mason and Beth are all warm friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. I had chosen my watch - and Ryan kindly sized it for me - whilst i enjoyed a welcome glass of champagne- my husband then found a watch he liked. So we ended up with two watches. We also know the team will welcome us back with any further help we need with our watches C&G
