Called to get advice for an 80 Yr old freind who was in a position to be homeless only to be told 'we don't talk on the phone we only send forms she can fill out'!!! Shocking disgusting so called charity for the aged. Second horrendous experience with this place. Should be closed down as they do NOTHING for the aged and vunerable. Just con people into thinking they do whilst laughing all the way to the bank. Like so many false 'charities '
