As we received good service from Duff Morgan SEAT it seemed only sensible to return when we wished to change our car. Our sales person was Will and we certainly were very lucky. He was great and made the whole experience so enjoyable and easy to go through. He kept in touch and updated us throughout the whole process. Great customer service and cannot praise him, or any other member of staff, highly enough.

Avoid at all costs. I took my 67 plate Seat Ibiza in for a diag due to a grinding noise. After a week of absolutely no contact, they finally called and said it needed a gearbox for 5 grand. I had a quick Google, and thought for a second opinion I'd take my car to JR Dains (who are a gearbox specialist). Guess what?!??! No issue whatsoever with my gearbox, it needed a new caliper. How much? I hear you ask, £138 quid.

I recently purchased a Seat Ateca from Duff Morgan in Norwich and wish to say that I was looked after extremely well by Matthew Crosby, who went out of his way to ensure that I was provided with all the help and information that i needed to make my purchase.Although I have only had possesion of the car for a matter of days, I have already fallen in love with it and believe it is the best car I have owned. I am saying this as a person who has been driving for some 56 years and have owned many cars in that time.

Do not use this garage, at last service was quoted over £7k for a new gearbox for an intermittent problem I have reported several times before. Made a complaint, no response for over a month & then only after I chased this. Got stock response and offer to diagnose FOC, laughable since they have been “doing this” before and couldn’t resolve the issue. Got 2 second opinions which disagreed with need for new gearbox!!!
