Outstanding service from the initial enquiry. Ed visited to quote and was very knowledgeable and friendly and the quote came through when he said it would. The office staff were helpful and friendly and were able to fit my job in very quickly. The team arrived promptly on the day and confirmed with me the work on the quote to make sure I was happy and understood and that it covered everything I wanted. They were very professional, hard working and considerate of the neighbours. They chipped all of the cuttings and tidied and swept the whole area after they’d finished. Brilliant service from when I first contacted them for a quote. All communications by email and phone were professional and responses fast. The team arrived nice and early and did a great job with no fuss, all the mess was cleared and I was consulted when necessary. Cannot believe the difference to our garden, only trouble is we now want more work completing!
