I met Charlotte 2 months ago for a Botox consultation. I’d had a bad experience previously so was quite anxious. Charlotte took time to analyse my skin, listen to my concerns and discuss options. Her professional, patient and caring nature, along with her wonderful vast knowledge was really reassuring, she made me feel she had my best interests at heart. I booked in 2 weeks later for Botox which I had in 2 areas. Charlotte checked in on me twice over the following week and I had a follow up appointment 2 weeks later to check progress and top up if necessary. Charlotte was happy with results and no top up needed - Charlotte had nailed my Botox and I was delighted with the natural looking results. I’m happy to say I had a great Botox experience with Charlotte and would whole heartedly recommend her to anybody with any skincare concerns - you will be in safe hands.

Charlotte has done my facials and micro needling for years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She trains with in an inch of her life, and is so professional. I am now considering seventy haul 2000 as my next treatment.

I have just had my second RF micro needling treatment with Charlotte. Due to my freckles and the condition of my skin I have always wore foundation.
