Fine dining at its best with Amplify! Thank you for the most wonderful evening. It was a lovely experience, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the private lounge area pre-show for both Hanz Zimmer & Drake.Thank you to the Amplify/Catering team for making our night that extra special. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family :)

I booked a ticket two weeks before the Human League concert was due to take place.And looking at the remaining ticket availability decided to buy a ticket in the Amplify Show Lounge.This ticket ment you entered through the V.I.P door which means that I didn't have to queue on arrival at the venue. It also give you access to a private bar and toilets.There are two rows of cushioned wider seats and the view of the stage as you looked down was to the left.Overall it was a very relaxed and enjoyable concert experience as you didn't feel rushed and exiting was easy via a lift.Also in these Covid times been able to reduce the amount of contact with other visitors was reassuring and all the staff were really welcoming.There are of course other options of Amplify packages available.Oh finally it was a great nostalgia 80's evening which featured Altered Images, Tom Bailey and The Human League.

Parking was atrocious, car parks closed who knows why ?Not as good as NEC won't be going again, over priced for what was included as the girls sat in front of us paid half we did for same view

Always outstanding customer service. The hostesses always go the extra mile . All the amplify team are extremely professional and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry. Really worth purchasing the package to have a better concert experience .

Amazing, brilliant atmosphere, high quality food and drinks. Some of the customer service was a bit iffy (some people) but generally nice. Had a great chat with Layla Guscoth and all players and people very personable and friendly. An amazing night. One thing is that there are a lot of steps, so I would check to make sure there is a more accessible entrance if anybody has any mobility issues.

We first found the lounge very tricky to find, with unclear signage and lack of staff directing you up from the main concourse- it felt like we were going somewhere we shouldn’t. When we got to the lounge, we were offered a welcome drink and shown to our seat. We had a barstool overlooking the balcony, which was fine for us. There wasn’t any food available which was a shame as it would have made the cost more appealing. The bar was the main drawback - they didn’t stock any whiskeys, rums or vodkas. When asked, we were told it’s a ‘limited bar and we’ve got what we got’. For a VIP area, the bar should be well stocked. Finally when we ordered a mixed spirit drink, they used a wine measurer instead of a shot glass- it was undrinkable! We didn’t think it was worth the money unfortunately

Our third time using hospitality service. The hostess that was assigned to us was not very attentive, we were told we would get dessert during the next interval but on arrival during the interval was told the kitchen was closed therefore we didn’t get dessert as promised. When mentioning it, she seemed like she had forgotten to make the request.Very disappointing as we had purchased the club hospitality service and didn’t quite receive what we had paid for. I do hope the service does improve as this kind of service is not good for business.

Take That concertA group of us attended this event last night, the 18th May . We once again experienced the excellent Amplify hospitality in a Showcube. This facility takes out all of the stress of making your way through crowds and queueing for ages. We arrived at the prebooked and included car park and walked the very short level distance to our cube. As ever we had butler service of inclusive drinks and excellent quality buffet food. The view from the cube’s balcony is unbeatable. The whole experience was first class and worth every penny. We are also greatly indebted to the extraordinarily helpful Sally Walder who put the icing on our cake. Thank you to the whole Amplify team - Sally, Solomon and Deepti for making attendance at these huge events so simple and untroubled. It is rare to find this level of service in today’s world.We are now looking forward eagerly to the Hugh Jackman show at Resorts World on Bank Holiday Monday.

Would highly recommend Amplify VIP! HARRY STYLES ...Fantastic experience from start to finish! Straight into the venue, no waiting. Staff on arrival were amazing, polite and helpful and all with a smile. The restaurant was outstanding, we were taken to our table (which was ours for the night) and given a glass of bubbly, my daughter who is 16 had orange juice. The food and service was 5* and unbelievably outstanding. The desserts were to die for and as it was my daughters 16th birthday they decorated her table and gave her a decorated dessert with a candle! We had three free drinks and the service was very quick, no waiting at all. The show deck ( I was really worried about at the beginning as I am not good with heights and it was mentioned by someone on trip adviser that the show deck was up in the gods) BUT that was not the case. The showdeck was the best seats in the arena, brilliant view, excellent seats and huge amount of leg room with comfortable seats! I think from now on this is going to be my choice.... I felt very special! The VIP toilets were spotless, even provided hand cream. Thank you so so much Amplify for making our experience and my daughters 16th birthday really special! 10/10 and more to you all and all the staff at the Genting Arena Birmingham! I can't recommend this Amplify enough on many levels.Expensive, yes, it's not pleasant reading your bank details over I will give you that, however, it's the only way I watch a show now.From phoning their office to book tickets, yes phoning and speaking to someone, not only in this country but in Birmingham. It doesn't matter who you speak to as they are all, and have been for the years I've used them, excellent and super helpful. Apple store helpful and that's the biggest compliment I can give.You get great tickets, which is the biggest reason I do it - 3rd row for Kevin Bridges, front row for Strictly Come Dancing, brilliant seats for Robbie Williams, Queen and lots more over the years.On the night getting their early just a great service, mature experienced staff welcome you and treat you like adults. The food, the atmosphere and the staff all polite, helpful, friendly and help make your experience worth the horrible price you have paid. By the end of the night though you have forgotten the cost and can just remember what a great night you've had.Thank you Amplify and see you soonDavid Simms.
