Only 15 holes open due to three being waterlogged but completely understandable. The 15 that were open were all in great condition with all fantastic greens in play. A credit to the green keeping staff.

Spectacular links course. Had so much fun playing this course, a bit difficult and challenging on some holes but brilliant to play.

Decent enough course. No wind at all so it made it easier as long as you are straight off the tee. Members seemed very friendly and the pro let me tee off 30 minutes early as nobody on. Payed £40 on Golfnow. I'd say more like £25/£30 would be a fair price. I'm going to go back in October when it will be more of a test wind wise.

A bit over priced for what we got for a visiting party of 12, especially when you saw the winter rates packages in the bar / changing rooms etc . The greens were however excellent , the fairways looked they were still recovering from the summer . Arrived early and had an excellent breakfast.

My son booked this course and looked at the reviews beforehand. We also looked at the drone fly over and all looked well. Apart from a couple of good par threes, this was one of the worst golf course experiences I have ever experienced. So disappointing having just played Royal St Davids the day before which was amazing. We also played Conwy which was also amazing. How they can charge £59.00 for a round of golf at NW's is a joke.

Believed the hype - shouldn't have. Poor tees and many fairways were awful - bunkers little better. Left really underwhelmed. Not helped by sloooooow play and women members not allowing us to play through. No round of golf should be 5 hours .. let alone on a course under 6,000 yards. Can't recommend it giving it's poor conditions - and very odd/dangerous layout of 16/17 - two par 3s which cross.

Worst condition course iv ever played in season except for the greens.Positives - the greens in general were running well and have nice slopes and the approach shots into them are interesting.Views of the sea and mountains are nice (same from neighbouring Conwy which is unbelievably better) bar bad decent and staff friendly.Negatives - They decided to redo nearly all the tees in august so It was very close to unplayable tees.( if I took photos you wouldn’t believe that the course was open)Fairways were terrible and iv given credit because it’s a seaside course.Bunkers were awful. Fairways were nearly unplayable, I didn’t have a decent lie on any fairway.Far too many blind tee shots which caused us to wait for ages on every tee. 5 1/2 hour round. This is a huge one guys!!!!!!! Rough too penal considering that there are so many blind shots. Hit over 2 marker posts and both balls were lost as they pointed me towards the unfindable. Ridiculous 16th hole (par 3) where you can’t see the green off the tee! It was like crazy golf. I know this course is old but guys it needs adjustments. I genuinely believe there’s 13 holes that need changes. Cut back some of the hills so we can see the hole. Sell course planners. Get rid of the 16th. My playing partner had the same complaints as I did. Loads of bunkers didn’t have rakes and I went in one on the 15th and it was just full of footprints and divots and I was left having to chip out sideways. I play off 5 and with no course planner and unbelievably penal blind areas and the worst tees on any golf course on planet earth the game was spoilt for me.

Played North Wales Golf Club on November 1st 2019. Never played it before but we were given a warm welcome at the clubhouse. The course itself is a traditional links course. The back 9 is stunning with the 2 par 3's crossing over. Thoroughly enjoyed our round. After we had a drink and chatted with a member of staff. Great little course and great staff. Will make this a yearly event on our competetion rota.
