Travelodge Newquay Seafront

Great location. Brilliant staff all around. Special thanks to Tracey and John for going beyond expectations. Family room was good enough for 5 of us. We will deffo be staying here again. Thank you travel lodge. View from 229 was AMAZING!

Our room was spotless with a comfy bed with crisp white sheets and duvet. The bathroom was smallish but ok had everything and like the rest of the room was an example of cleanliness. Our sea view was overlooking the bay and was an easy walk into town. Our 3 days were very enjoyable and the staff were extremely helpful. Our dog enjoyed it as well. Had to get help with the WiFi but it worked perfectly thanks to the lady at reception.

Amazing location, with views of great western beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. £100 per night for a family room in September. No toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. Hairdryer on request. Standard tea and coffee facilities in the room.Good amount of towels and pillows.Unlimited breakfast is comprehensive, including vegetarian hot breakfast. Meat hot breakfast available, but no fried or boiled eggs. Nice choice of cereals, milks, breads, jams, pancakes.

The hotel itself was great and the staff very helpful. The room was one of the biggest I've ever had at a traveloge and it overlooked Great Western beach which was lovely. Unfortunately there is no on-site parking and the nearest car park was very small and I had difficulty getting my car out as the rows were too narrow so it made it difficult to manoeuvre. Shame that Travelodge can't come to an after hours agreement with Aldi to use their carpark when they're closed.

Such welcoming, caring, wonderful people, I arrived rather distressed. They were all so amazing ! Scooped me up, took there time, made sure I was settled and ok. Which is quite remarkable in this day and age ! I also met the. In the early hours I had to ring for an ambulance, I was told to ring reception to let them know. He said and did all the right things, he didn’t panic. Which kept me calm, he told me to ring back if I needed anything. Incredibly caring I have since found out this was the Assistant Manager. Thank you, to all of you the whole wonderful team xIt’s extremely quiet, clean has everything you need and more. Lovely human beings running it, I will be booking my elderly Father in for a break in the New year.Thank you all xxx

Always stop off here before we get into our destination. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially the front desk. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. However we did try the breakfast buffet this time. The food was plentiful but just not very warm. Only one member of staff doing the till, clearing tables and bringing food out. We had to use paper cups as the cups were waiting to be washed and brought back out.

Lovely room. We had a sea view which was amazing of the beach. The food was lovely, thank you Jay.The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Location great, five mins walk to the town, pubs & clubs. Breakfast was a bit disappointing it was hot but not much choice.I was a bit put off when on arrival there were a few men who looked homeless trying to come into their friends' room who was staying there, they were refused but apparently council use this to put people up. The hallway to our room smelt of cigarette smoke, too!Plenty of nicer places to stay at same price

Had brilliant 11 nights here. We had a room with Sea views right along to the Harbour. Jay the assistant Manager is so very helpful to everybody. You can bring your dogs here and they have the beach only a few minutes away. You have all the amenities you could wish for all within five minutes from the Hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. I would recommend it.Friendly Staff and yummy breakfast. Location is perfect. Beaches, shops and restaurants are nearby.The room was clean and spacious.However I was looking forward to a seafront view. But I ended up with a building wall view. If only I had a seafront view. All would have been perfect. Maybe on our next visit.
