Needed some repair work on a necklace and a ring resized. The assistant was very helpful and patient. She solved the problem and sent my necklace and ring off for repair with assurances that I would receive a call with estimate cost before the work starts on it.

Received good Customer Service Gentleman who served me was exceptionally helpful made me feel important and he cared nothing was too much trouble.

I visited the store in Central Milton Keynes recently to enquire about selling some jewellery. The young lady who greeted me initially was very friendly and welcoming.The manager, Michael, actually dealt with my request.He is very friendly and helpful.The price I was offered was the best of three others, and I was offered an extremely good alternative in vouchers, which in my case was not practical, but I was not offered this elsewhere.I was to return at a later date to complete the transaction, and in the meantime had stupidly mislaid some paperwork on my way home.I telephoned Michael from home, who immediately reassured me that all would be well, that no-one else could access my payment etcHe was absolutely top notch with taking my i/d and protecting my interests, and I received my payment within 2 days.Thank you so much and I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent, customer driven store.

I came in store this lunchtime and I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who helped me to choose my wedding ring and assisted with finger measurements. She carefully explained the next steps in terms of getting the ring sent off for reshaping. Very pleasant experience and extremely patient.Thank you very much.Norm

This was an awful visit and a waste of time. 3 members of staff and not one bothered to even acknowledge our presence after 15 minutes of waiting.. we appreciate that these members of staff were dealing with other customers but both Ladies walked past us twice without as much as a glance ..

Staff very helpful. I asked for 8% discount as I can get that from an online website I can use through work. The area manager asked for proof. I got the best screenshot I could of the offer. The area manager did not believe it was real. So basically calling me a liar. I was going to spend over £500 in store. I said to the assistant that I was going to another jewellery store. The area manager was happy to loose the sale. Mo profit in a lost sale. Just to confirm the sales assistant very nice and helpful.

Always have a great service at F Hinds. Very professional, polite friendly staff. Good quality items. I would highly recommended.

I needed a new watch strap for my old Seiko watch and they went over and above to try and source me one, but to no available but they were still able to get me a nice chunky leather strap that looks just as good.

I am sooo pleased to have found the items I was looking for at a great price and quality. Our Diamond expert, the lovely Karen E was very informative about our items with a helpful and friendly manor.
