Very poor hygieneI am glad I only went for a gel removalThey use the same tools for everyone and just put them back in the box without cleaning themThey even used cotton that seems to have been used beforeMy nails were also quite damaged as they used the electric tool on them instead of the nail file after the initial removal, really poor jobWhat a shame because the staff is very friendly and the location super centralNever again I am afraid...

Vivian is a superstar and recreated exactly the image that I showed (and almost a week on, the nails that I was afraid might be too fragile are on for good despite a few accidental knocks). Trust the process

Will not be returning. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure.I will first start with the positives:My nails did look good when they were done. The take credit card and fit my friend in I in (however everything was rushed)The negatives: The gel nails lasted not even a week. They didn’t let the gel nails dry for the correct time and just rushed me out. Also while doing my manicure, the whole thing was rushed and definitely not hygienic. The man doing my nails literally pushed my cuticles back with his own fingernail. When tools were used they were not sterilized or anything. With the pedicure the foot basin and anything used on my feet were also not sterilized (I saw the lady after me sit in the same chair and nothing was cleaned other than the water was drained). Overall, I’m just glad I didn’t get any sort of infection but not worth the money or risk of infection. Will not be returning.

Worst nail experience of my life. They book beyond capacity and will leave customers waiting for an hour. Once they get to you, they rush through. I have hang nails, cut fingers, and unshapen nails - not what I paid for. Staff were rude. They will push gel nailpolish on you even if you don’t want it. Will not be returning. Save yourselves a trip.

Super happy with my nails, service was great. Booked an appointment and was seen on time. I had a rough idea of a design I wanted and Vivian understood perfectly. She is very skilled and did the designs so quickly and flawlessly. Would definitely come again.

Got my first manicure ever here. The young man who did my spa part was very polite. While a bit pricey, the manicure itself was done very nice and quick. The lady made a lovely design on my toes. Just be wary that if you do a walk in visit on busy days you will have to wait a bit.

Those who have left anything about 1 star must have never had a proper nail treatment before. The levels of incompetence amongst all the staff is insane.I booked in for a pedicure for me and my husband, had barely any treatment. It was rushed and no exfoliating skills. To make it worse, the lady was clearly sick as we could all hear her throwing up next door! Such a rubbish treatment and my feet feel no different

I never complain about anything and have been here a few times without issue. However, I recently visited for gel nails and not even 24 hours after the appointment my nails started to peel and crack. This has never happened before so I’m unsure if this was due to out of date gel polish being used or because it wasn’t done properly, but when I returned 3 days later to tell them about this the lady was at first really polite and apologised for this and said they could repair them for free (8 out of 10 were cracking or peeling see the photos so they would’ve had to take 8 off and redo them). I said that would be great but I actually just wanted to remove them completely (this had really put me off having gels and I didn’t want them done again here if it was going to happen again). She said this was no problem and that I could come back and they would do this. She removed them but then told me it would cost £13 for this service. I argued that they would’ve redone them for free which would’ve cost them more than just using acetone to remove them but she insisted I pay the £13. I was really taken aback by this and thought it was really poor. She hasn’t even taken them off correctly and my nails were still sharp from the filing and she didn’t buff them. I was really disappointed and won’t be going back here in the future and would advise anyone to do the same unless they want poor quality nails and poor customer service.

I have been getting my nails done for multiple years, and I have never had worse SNS/dip nails at this place. They cracked within a week and are falling apart. My nails have never been so bad then after coming here. They also did not even use the proper technique. They had nails under a UV light (there is no reason for a UV light when getting SNS/dip nails). I've been getting nails done for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
