Incredible service- I managed to break the glass section off from the stem whilest drying the glass i'd bought the wife for our pewter wedding anniversary a few years ago. Not only did they send a prepaid returns label but repaired and returned to me free of charge.Exceptional service in trying times, Well done!

Ordered a gin glass for a Christmas gift, the glass arrived with no engraving.....( how could that be missed i still cant understand that?! )Obviously the gift was opened at Christmas which is when the missing engraving was realized, they only offered me to send it back and have it engraved, or offer a refund. Pretty poor offer to be honest, when it was a Christmas gift. Would never recommend, if they had offered something worth writing about it would have been different. But no condolence whatsoever.

How absolutely exquisite is this whisky tumbler. I bought it for my husband as he drinks Dalmore (stag on the bottle) and this pewter stag and base design is just stunning and suits his 'tipple' down to the ground. Beautifully boxed and presented and very tactile - love it so much, thank you.

Bought 3 tankards, a goblet and a hip flask for my wedding. All came beautifully engraved, look and feel fantastic. There was an issue with the delivery company and the business sorted it out for me right away. Delighted!

I had bought a lovely pewter flask on a trip to Dublin over a year ago as a gift for my husband. He loved it. It wasn’t until months later though that he went to use it, and when he unscrewed the cap we noticed that it was defective. So I took a couple of photos and sent them to EPC. And to my pleasant surprise they said they’d be glad to replace it. So I mentioned how I was traveling to London in a month and so they sent me prepaid address label so I could post it free of charge from the hotel. Well, sure enough, two weeks later we received a brand new flask at home in Canada. Well done, true customer service. Will definitely shop again and recommend.

I had ordered a set of pewter tankard in three orders to include personalized engraving and a crest for a wedding party. Every order had to be replaced two times before it was right. At first, they were quick to respond and correct the errors. But then they stopped responding to emails and I had to find other gifts for people from somewhere local. So I now have mugs that I paid $100 each for that are garbage.Order 1:First attempt- Personalized engraving was the same across all mugs. Returned to be fixed.Second attempt- Missing crests. Returned again.Third attempt- Spelling errors but accepted it anyway.Order 2:First attempt- Missing crests.Second attempt- Received a duplicate of the third order. At this point they stopped responding to emails.Order 3:Looked different than the rest but accepted it anyway.Combined these orders cost me upward of $1000 just to have to ditch the plan and buy something else. Will never use these people again.

I recently purchased an engraved hip flask from this company, as a gift. It’s such a stunning, high quality item - so pleased! Communication was great too. Would recommend!

My wife ordered me a pewter glass for Xmas. Absolutely loved it and used it often, thats until the pewter stand came away from the glass. The glass had never been washed in anything other than hot water so no chemicals had got into it. My wife contacted then and they asked for us to send it back. A week or so later it returned and looked terrible. The pewter had been marked more and the glue used could be seen spilling over the join small runs on the pewter. Rather than just send a new one out they sent a faulty one back with even worse craftsmanship. I'd not really recommend the company as for £35 I'd expected a whole let better than I got.

I ordered a novus hip flask made by them, they refused any kind of help because i bought the flask elsewhere. The flask has two holes in the cap, leather case is scratched, plastic funel they give with the 90pound flask was broken.I think for almost 100 euros you can expect no holes, no scratched case, and NO plastic funel
