Who’s ridiculous idea was this? Great resource for local junkies and homeless addicts to arrange drug pick-up/drop offs. Any regular person wouldn’t go within 10 metres of it.BT InLink having caused a huge problem to communities by deploying these terminals and shamefully trying to make a PR exercise by claiming to be helping to fix it. After much fighting with BT InLink free calls were disabled showing an immediate reduction in anti-social behaviour which rocketed when it was originally installed. Residents, the council and the police will continue to block any attempt to facilitate free calls with this machine. BT InLink you MUST listen and stop terrorising communities with these machines. Give up the idea, nobody likes it.

Great idea and I hope there is more, amazing of you have little charge on phone. Also if you are lost it has a free map on. It’s a amazing idea and is in NYCI hope to see more of these! :)

Great resource, the speeds these hotspots hit are tremendous and unless you're a Hyperoptic customer you won't find home broadband speeds any faster.I will add it is important that BT considers the locations very carefully regarding free calls at some of the InLink points. It is clear that in some locations people will use the free calls facilities for nefarious activities.I have also noticed if it develop a fault it take ages for a site to be repaired and BT has to speed that up.

Fastest free WiFi in the city with over 200 Mbps download and 130 Mbps upload speed, and many kiosks dotted around train stations, shopping and tourist areas.However it only seems to broadcast in 5GHz band, so the range isn't great, but not a problem.
