These guys at the best!Mauricea was our main contact during the process of acquiring our RTM. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to emails. She gave us all the information we needed for the process. The quote they gave us was quite competitive and there were no hidden charges. We had a very good experience with RTMF. Our road was a tricky one, with a terrible landlord who filed a spurious counter-notice to try to prevent us from gaining RTM, but the reps from RTMF remained helpful and communicative throughout and got us there in the end.

Highly recommend RTMF if you are thinking of Right to Manage for your block. Nick and Mauricea have been fantastic at supporting us and managing our claim. Nick is especially knowledgeable when it comes to Right to Manage legislation and law and when we came up against an 11th hour attempt to scupper our claim from our Landlord and his managing agent he was quick to step in to ensure that our claim succeeded. Right to Manage can seem like a daunting process, especially for a relatively large block such as ours but RTMF have made it simple, hassle free and cost effective. Thanks to RTMF we are now only a few short weeks away from our Right to Manage acquisition date and freedom from our current terrible managing agent. Cannot praise them enough.

We are three leaseholders who wanted the ‘Right to Manage’ our property at the beginning of 2023. We were recommended the RTMF and have not been disappointed. They are easy to engage with and made what could have been a complicated and stressful process a smooth transition. You’re appointed a manager, who will facilitate and guide you through the process. Fees are reasonable and there is always someone to advise. We are now reaching acquisition stage and the service provided has been excellent. Dealing with the big corporate property management companies can be akin to banging your head against a brick wall and the RTMF have taken a lot of the pain away.
