Had a Panasonic Air Source Heat Pump fitted and plumber not aware how to make adjustments to ensure enough hot water etc for busy household. Ian at Logicool has been amazing - promptly answers calls and emails and has sent me simple clips so I can alter myself. Good customer service is rare to find - makes dealing with Logicool a real bonus.
