Attended Wigan branch and dealt with staff member Fanny. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, went above and beyond to ensure I received my item within a very short time frame and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend both the store and the staff.

From the second we walked into the shop we felt at ease and well cared for. Myself and my partner purchased our wedding rings from Lauren and we can’t thank her enough for making the experience so memorable. She explained everything in terms we could easily understand and gave us every option available at our price budget. She was chatty, friendly and really made this part of our wedding planning experience a beautiful one. We can’t thank Lauren enough for her help on our visit, along with Robyn who also helped and was just as approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We will certainly be visiting the store in the future thanks to these wonderful ladys.

Visted the shop today in Wigan and was greeting with a warm welcome by all the staff. They sat me down and treated me like royally, I went in there for a watch and came out with a watch with the help of Veronica. Veronica was amazing, it was my first watch purchased by myself and she made me feel at ease, was very patient and made sure all the documents and fitting was correct. 100% will be coming back for the blue dial! However, only if Veronica is the one who’s handling the transaction :)
