LAUNDERETTE REVOLUTION
Do not use Launderette Revolution! This location the big machine (£11 WASTED) didn't add any detergent and did nothing but roll the clothes around slowly for the time. It did not spin the clothes at all so I was left with a large load of sopping wet and still dirty clothes. The dryer did not work AT ALL (£3.50 WASTED) I transferred the big load to the small machine in two batches to at least wash and spin the excess water out. One load worked but the other did the same as the big machine had done (£5.50 WASTED) There is no answer on the help" line they just refer you to the website. The website (help me group -haha what a joke) links to report a machine or ask for a refund did not work. So I'm out £20 and a pile of sopping wet laundry to boot!"
