Telford Drainage Solutions

Been having problems with our toilet since moving in to our property. Telford drainage solutions was recommended to us to drill/descale the pipe that went from the toilet to the cesspit. Due to excess build up over time the toilet roll kept blocking up the pipe, causing issues in the bathroom!They called before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, they got to work straight away sorting out the problem. Very proffesional, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Really quick and efficient, they found the blockage almost straight away and blasted it. In addition to cleaning the immediate blockage, Steve offered advice and a quote for long term repair and we will definitely use them for this work when we are ready. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute great service maybe the quickest resolution we had! Sent a contact form the night before, following day got a call from Steve at 9am (shows care for customer enquiries), passed over the location details and works were done by 11am! No pressure on paying for the invoice as we was not onsite and arranged a bank transfer after the works were complete so appreciate the trust, Steve called back explained how it all works and what work was done even provided some recommendations, service like this goes a long way! Amazing service! sorted our issue out quickly and was happy to drop the price (I didn't ask them to) due to it only taking a short amount of time which to me shows great customer service. I highly recommend using these guys over anyone else in Telford and the surrounding area!

Had Steve and Josh out today to unblock garden drain full of cement. They came out the same day, completed the job quickly, professionally and for a good price. Checked the drainage for any other problems and gave helpful advice to keep them in good shape. Would use again
