Taylor Wimpey Thornberry Hill
The worst customer service experience you could imagine, no one knows what is happening. Promises which are always broken, lack of communication and with over 70 snags, have barely corrected 7 or 8 at most in over 8 months! To give you an example of how unprofessional they are, a document was falsely ticked on our behalf saying we were happy with the experience received, this is FRAUD!Also were promised floor tiles which were delivered to site apparently, been told they have no idea where they have been delivered to. Amateur operation, do not buy from TW!
