Found Tony's pest control company via a local Facebook recommendations group. After a bit of research I found a plethora of glowing 5 star reviews on different websites so felt reassured. My elderly parents had a rat issue which had been ignored way too long so I wanted to get it sorted quickly. They were heard many times but the final straw came when my mum came face to face with a rat on top of her tumble dryer! I called Tony late afternoon on a Friday explaining the issue and unbelievably he went round to their house within the hour (!!) to assess the situation - he was chirpy & obliging. Tony concluded that the rats had access to various via pipe holes coming into the property then had happily set up home within the cavity walls of the kitchen extension. A plan of action was put in place and everything was explained fully with either a call or text updates. It was quite an expense which was a bit of a shock to be honest as it wasn't a one off visit fee but Tony and his son gave an excellent service and were very patient with my parents. All round excellent service and professionalism. Thank you Tony.

I can only highly recommend Tony and his son. They were just fantastic. after being previously scammed by a company called First Call Property Services - do not use them for anything related to pest control - Tony and his son came in to identify the real problem which is a wasp nest and not a squirrel like I was previously told.They acted right away and offered to check on the property everyday for the next days.I will not hesitate to use Bover's PVDC services again if needed in the future.Thank you again!!

Excellent service and value for money. Very friendly and came within 3 hours. Said they would come back for free if any sign of wasps after 3 days. Three days later and no sign.

Tony arrived with his son within an hour of our enquiry. Assessed the dead fox issue and dealt with it quick and professionally. Dealing with our neighbours was not an issue.
