Royal Mail Delivery Office

Terrible experience, always change the timing, the only one good timing was Thursday one when one can go even during evening but i found that they have shut it down as well, not sure why did they do that. Not sure what is the logic behind the opening this office from 8 to 10 am only. This is really bad experience, not able to collect my parcel which i missed delivery.Anyways they have quite some parking space.

I missed my parcel by five minutes,, the postman didn't leave a card, my neighbour told me that he was at my door, so on the off chance I went round as it was my local depot. Luckily for me the postman had just dropped it off a couple of minutes b4. I had my I. D. and I got my parcel, excellent. Christmas sorted for some!

Like many others I checked the timings online but the opening timings are different. It is not very hard to change google listing timings. Give a like if this image helps with timings.

Terrible!!! the opening hours are insane open 8am till 10am …2hours! To make matters worse I attended yesterday 28/7/22 at 6pm the only one day out the week it’s supposed to be open more than 2hours till 7pm and it was closed!!! Nobody there staff obviously decided to lock up and go home. As nobody there and another lady drove up and was in my position. We both paid money to travel there Absolutely disgraceful. Should be shut down or give the job to someone that actually wants to do it! Preferably more than 2hours a day! What business is open 2 hours a day. Then when supposed to be open nobody there. You need to employ new staff.

Absolutely terrible service! Usually my posties are great but whoever they have covering as extra staff or whatever are thick as mince. I’ve been waiting on a delivery for days, 3 times they’ve came to my door and not delivered parcel. What’s the point in having 24 hr delivery if you don’t deliver. I watched postman at my front door yesterday via video doorbell and speaking to a neighbour why on earth she didn’t take it or you didn’t leave it at my door is beyond me. Instead you’ve been carting about my parcel back and forth like idiots meanwhile I’m waiting on important deliveries before I go on holiday. I even have instructions on my Royal Mail account stating what to do and left a note on door outside. Why not make your lives easier and follow basic instructions, I’m livid!

Friendly and efficient staff but very weird timings. Only 8 - 10 in the morning. Should be opened till at least 2 in the noon.

I’ve been trying to pick up my one package all week but I have work early so can’t pick it up or don’t expect it to shut so early (what even is a 10am close who does that work for) and on my day off the branch was closed... getting it redelivered but will probably miss it again since I’ll be at work... it’s really upsetting, I can’t just not go to work so I can hang out to wait and see if my package gets delivered, then miss it cos of the 10 seconds it takes me to answer the door theres already a ‘missed you!’ Card and the delivery person is gone.. I swear it’s like they run away

The postal worker does not pay attention to the address on the envelopes and packages. For the second time I received a letter to my neighbor with his address. My package was marked as delivered even though I was at home and the postman did not deliver it. I suspect it was delivered to someone else.
