I decided go local when I thought I had a damp problem. I did the right thing! Terry, who I’d never met before, came round promptly on the way to his first job. He told me that the issue in my cellar was not damp but just about air circulation. He recommended a firm that could supply a solution and went on his way. I’d like to call out his honesty and professionalism and absolutely recommend him to others. Thank you Terry!!!

Spoke to one of the guys on their work number. I could hear he was busy with work going on in the background. He took time out to have a really informative conversation with me even though he advised me he would not be able to undertake the job on for a little while as they were really busy for weeks. Gave me all the information I needed for what I was looking to do. Really polite and friendly. Thank you so much for your time and advice. Highly reccomend.
