Absolutely incredible company. Could not recommend more highly! Super friendly workman in Gavin, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the issues we had. (Staining that we assumed was caused by rain, but was actually a fungal mould!) Came on time and fully-equipped with high end tools for the job, and left a completely black rendered wall absolutely stain free. Even threw in some extra cleaning we hadn't expected, AND removed rust for free. We have cats, so were concerned about their exposure to the chemicals used, but Gavin was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to keep them safe after the job. It's those little details that make you want to use a firm again. If you need any work of this nature, don't waste time with another company. Just go straight to Softwashing!

The office was very helpful in providing a quotation and liaising to agree a mutually convenient date for the job. Gavin took the opportunity (while working locally) to pay a pre-job visit to assess the site and to carefully answer any questions that we had.Gavin and Matt arrived at the appointed hour and worked hard until late in the first two evenings to make the most of dry weather. They are a good team, working very efficiently and effectively. In all our dealings with them they were considerate and respectful while being informal and informative. Ours was a fairly big domestic job, so we were expecting considerable disruption, but Gavin and Matt worked systematically to keep this to a minimum. They were a pleasure to have around.The roof now looks new - we did not know that it was terracotta! Friends who have visited have immediately commented.We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Softwashing UK.

If you're looking for softwashing these are the guys to trust. We have a 7 year old, rendered house which was starting to look tatty. Gavin was responsive, knowledgeable, communicative and professional throughout.The results are amazing... Our house looks like new again and not just the render, the block work as well.When looking for quotes you'll find a big variety from very expensive to very cheap, these guys were in the middle. Not cheap by any means but well worth the money.They did what they said they were going to do. Softwashing UK cleaned the driveway, patio and front apex of my home today. A special shout out to Cian who did all of the work. Softwashing UK did a 1st class job and I highly recommend them. It isn't easy to find a company that goes above and beyond to meet all of your expectations, and achieve what I would describe as a perfect result, but Softwashing UK did exactly that. If you need any exterior cleaning carried out, don't use anyone else.

Softwashing UK cleaned our 11 year old property with K type render which was badly stained and coloured. They did an excellent job bringing it back to looking as new as when we purchased the property. Liam and James were very professional, safety conscious and client satisfaction focused. We would recommend this company without reservation which we do not do lightly.

Bernie did a brilliant job cleaning our 15 year old render. Quick and efficient to organise the work. Turned up right on time. Great advice on what was being done and clearly knowledgeable about the chemicals used and surfaces being treated.

Softwashing UK have been a joy to deal with before, during and after the cleaning of our Weberpral M render. I originally asked three companies to quote and Softwashing UK was the only company that replied with a quotation obviously based on the letter I had sent outlining why my 2 year old render needed cleaning. The two other companies sent stock replies more relevant to commercial premises than houses. Softwashing was also the best price of the three. Rhian in the office has been endlessly helpful and professional, especially when we had cause to postpone our clean which involved her in a lot of re-scheduling of other work. Our work was carried out today by Kian. Our expectation was set that he would arrive between 8 and 9 am. He arrived on the dot of 8. Kian's work was thorough and professional and he calmly and articulately pointed out to us a major issue caused by the builder of our house, whereby they had painted over the render, and he left our property looking very clean and neat. At no extra cost, Softwashing UK will provide us with a comprehensive Report of the above major issue so that we can then take it up with the builder. I would recommend Softwashing UK without a moment's hesitation.

Gavin only took a morning to make our ten year old, badly stained render look new again. He also made sure that our neighbour's property was protected and gave us advice regarding future maintenance. An excellent, professional service.
