Well stocked Asda store with 3 hours of free parking which is ideal for if you need to pop into Bexleyheath. Staff are nice and the store has everything you need

This store, in my opinion, is not one of the best, on a recent visit shelves were empty and the layout is out the best and the asda loyalty card is not as good as other stores, other stores give a lots more and I find that the prices are much higher than other stores, in the past asda was a too winner on pricing, but it seems to have increased the prices by quite a margin. I think Asda could do more for customers. One more thin I noticed was as this economy range seems to have increased substantially,

Good sized Asda, but my only gripe with this one is that they keep changing where they put their products/produce. As soon as you get used to something being in a specific aisle, they go and change it. The worst part is that they don't change the signage so you spend more time walking in circles trying to find something than shopping. And then half the time, the staff can't help either. For suuuch a busy Asda, I'd expect them to be a lot more organised.

ASDA, ASDA, ASDAA manager needs to get a grip on ordering bags in this store. When I go into the store at 7.44am 6 weeks before Christmas and go to check out. THE LAST THING I NEED TO HEAR IS. 'WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY BAGS!'HOW!!!! does a shop whose sole purpose is to provide goods to the public MESS UP SO BAD as to not have a solitary shopping bag in the store. Doesn't matter about supply, delays or any other fickle excuses. You are a business... do business... you know you have customers coming in to shop..... Get a grip manager of this section. ORDER THE BAGS!!!I feel sorry for the workers having to explain why there are no bags all day long........I HOPE that any reply I get from the store will address the issue at hand and show that customers are valued.

I personally shop here for certain food items which are significantly cheaper than Morrisons, so it's good to compare prices on your regular items.Interestingly, although the store is really large, the stocks of some staple items are small, like in the cereal department. The clothing and kitchen department is considerably larger than other stores, so that might explain why there is a difference?

The wonderful thing about this store is the female staff member who is Japanese that tends to be on the self checkout area. Bexleyheath is predominantly a deprived area where you find the mass of individuals fall into the bracket of exceptionally low standards. Bexleyheath doesn’t deserve this woman for she is too good for the area! It’s evident she has strong work ethic, respect, professionalism and great customer service. I hope she is able to see her worth and flourish elsewhere as a one off customer it was evident she deserves a better life

Bought helium balloons for my son’s birthday and went to get them blown up from the customer service like they said is included in the price, and the lady at customer service just looked at me and said they don’t have any helium. There was no sign no notice where the balloons are to let you know they wouldn’t be able to blow them up for you. The last time we did this, I had to go back twice to re-blow up the balloon because they deflated within a couple hours. Just really poor

They should be banned from selling plants as they clearly don't treat these living beings with the respect that they deserve. I have just been there there are trolleys of dead and dying plants, with the soil bone dry. So cruel. Not to mention that they pretend that the public buy products in these conditions.
