Market Place Dental Care

I came to this practice for an emergency appointment after I couldn't get in to my own practice. When I called I spoke to a lovely receptionist, she explained everything clearly to me and offered me a next day appointment with Dr Cristina. As I walked into the practice I was welcomed by all 3 receptionists with a smile and good morning. I was called in on time for my appointment by the dentist, she also explained everything thoroughly to me. My whole experience at this dental practice has been first class! I will definitely be back.

I have been attending this practice since I was a child and so I've always had my children's appointments here too. Never had any complaints. Receptionists and dentists are always polite and friendly and keep the kids minds at ease.

I have been a patient here for several years and have had good care. Unfortunately had a few appointments cancelled for me and my children in the last year due to dentists leaving the practice. However, once I was able to attend an appointment I was happy with the service I received. The staff are polite and courteous. Finding an NHS dentist is so difficult these days and I will continue to attend this practice.Update - had 2 fillings done and it was a much nicer experience than previous -no drilling!

Dr Bilal Shiekh saw me today, had 3 fillings and a scrape and polish he is without doubt the best dentist I have seen in the last 15 years, his dental assistant was very polite and professional.

I attended this surgery for the first time yesterday as a brand new patient. We have recently moved to a village approximately five miles away and struggled to find a new Dentist. What a fabulous surprise the whole experience was from the receptionist on the telephone who kindly guided me into the surgery (following a missed turning) to the very professional Dental Nurse and Dentist Dr Collins. This was the most thorough check up that I have ever experienced with full explanations of what he was doing throughout. The cleanliness of the building and efficiency of the staff shone through. Receptionists sitting at their windows alert and responsive to the customer, not idly chatting or pretending to do something else. Everyone of them had a smile on their face with good friendly eye contact with an air of pride in their roles. The building was spotlessly clean and clearly well managed. My whole experience was positive and reassuring and I was not sold products or treatments that I did not need. I would highly recommend this practice which in my opinion should be the Flagship of all Dental surgery’s throughout the UK. I will most definitely return for my next check up. A credit to the profession, thank you.

Me and my family had our first check up appointment today with Dr Collins and it was such a nice experience ,very professional and caring approach from both the dentist and the dental nurse.The practice is very clean and spacious and the whole of the staff were really friendly and helpful.Thank you very much for a really great experience.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars, Collins Atalor is rude, extremely rough and frankly I do not know how he continues to practice as a dentist. He doesn't explain what he's doing then your landed with a bill at reception. I'm not sure if anyone else has this but when you sign at the end, yeah that bit should be before he even commences treatment apparently, who knew ???? Apparently if you question anything they also threaten to strike you off. Receptionists rude and looking at the reviews its not a one off

Such a lovely mannered dentist. My son with ADHD and Autism was so calm and relaxed with him, I would recommend him to anyone. Usually my son won't even open his mouth for a dentist, but he was fully compliant and smiled throughout. Thank you so much.

Great practice and great dentists too. Very friendly receptionists. Always clean. Everything wiped down in between appointments. It may be hard to get an appointment sometimes but it shows how good they are with everyone wanting appointments. Would definitely recommend for dental treatment

Dr Ana's is always so professional and polite. He puts me at ease,as I'm not good with dentists . The receptionists are always helpful and polite Would definitely give 5 stars.
