Good food, good customer service. Wish prices were slightly better but there are very affordable items on the menu that I have yet to try.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered online for 6.15pm delivery. Arrived 7.30pm stone cold and missing item - for a £30 charge? Phoned the supplier who blamed it on Uber Eats. Requested a 100% refund as food late, inedible and incomplete. Person who I spoke too could not give a toss. DO NOT USE this company if you are wanting a delicious, hot meal delivered in a timely manner with good, customer service. There are much better places out there. Never experienced such awful service- never, ever again.

The chap at the counter did not seem very interested in taking my order but did so, confirmed it with my and have me my receipt. Nobody told me I had to grab the drink myself from the fridge but other customers did.There was a very long wait for the food and once it arrived, the burger was missing several ingredients ordered, including cheese. The chap then ordered to add the cheese. When I pointed out that it would then not melt, he said he could put it back on the grill for a few minutes. Obviously, I refused that as it would then dry out that burger. At this point, a colleague stepped in and promises to make a fresh one.While waiting for that, I ate the fries which were quite nice but completely leaving in salt. Fortunately sachets were available.After another quite long wait, the burger arrived. This time with the right ingredients. It was okay, though the burger itself was a bit dry and dense (glad I did not accept the offer of further coming of the first one).The female member of staff was very apologetic and if it had been a really good burger, I would have let it go. But the food was simply not good enough for me to come back. Go to Burga a bit further along the road instead!

I’ve been here a few times already since they opened last week. They have great tasting burgers and they have a nice range of burgers. Customer service was great, they were polite and friendly. I’ve only tried their burgers, hotdogs and fries so far, and liked them all.But I wanted to provide some feedback:- On one occasion they forgot to give me 2 fries. That was just an honest mistake- Their rashers lacked texture and flavour, but I’m confident they will improve on that following feedback from others.but I’m not going to hold these points against them as they have only just opened up and are likely just having some initial teething problems.I look forward to coming here again the next time I crave burgers.

Dont bother.. the atmosphere is not great. U can smell the toilet. The main food like burger and hot dog is super flat. I dint touch my food at all. The guys were nice tho. But everything need to be upgraded heavily. Would not recommend and would not be back.

After the immense disappointment which was The Rockstone's burgers, I was really hoping that I'd get to try some nice burgers at this newly opened establishement.And they absolutely delivered!I mean, just look at this monstrosity of a burger that is the 'TnB Invention'. I loved every single bite, regardless of just how difficult it was to actually eat it.The brioche bun was soft and warm, the burger was packed with an excellent range of flavours, and the unique mixture of meats in their 'Invention' burger definitely enhanced the experience. The fries were warm and perfectly crisp, although I did hope that they would have proper chips as an option. I like me some thicc chips.Their pricing is very reasonable too. It's not as cheap as something like McDonald's of course, but you're paying for the love and care they put into each burger. And it shows!I would rather spend a decent amount of money on a small establishment like this anyway.
