Lloyd was very communicative through the entire process from the initial quote to aftercare of the new boiler and what to look out for. Quick and reasonable responses to all question. Kept his work clean and tidy as well as having the voice of an angel to go along with his radio that was not blasting through the house all day long.

Needed a plumber to fit a new mixer tap in the kitchen. Looked on Google and LMB Plumbing & Heating had excellent reviews, so I gave them a ring. Lloyd definitely lived up to the reviews and did a great job. He's polite and professional, and I'd definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Lloyd was on time, professional and did a really clean, neat job. He tested our gas for leaks before and after to make sure it was safe. It’s soo hard to find good tradesmen, & when you do, you feel like you need to latch onto them. So I started walking around the house wondering what else he could fix. We’re definitely going to have him back for more plumbing & gas work.

I contacted Lloyd this morning when my boiler fan stopped working. He responded immediately and was very helpful. He gave a reasonable price and kindly arranged to carry out the repair after work today. By 4.30 my boiler was working again very happy. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.
