Tesco Express Petrol Station

Improvements to this store is desperately neededMore parking neededMost of the pumps are off what's the point of being a petrol station when most of the pumps are out of order?Never enough staff at the tillsWaiting upto an average of 30mins for people who have filled up at the station to do there SHOPPING before they move their car so other people can use the pump is a total piss take they should FILL UP THEN PARK UP IN PARKING SPACE (freeing up the pump for the next customer) THEN GO AND DO THEIR SHOPPING!You also have impatient drivers weaving in and out to jump the que when a pump becomes free that too is a piss takeI've started avoiding this petrol station it's too much stress to use it these days

I have just visited this Tesco ,I see this Tesco as my local store and I have never had any issues with this store at all . To start off with I went to this store today and parked at the pay at pump and went into store to do some quick shopping and then pay for my fuel after . A customer then came into store and complained how I parked at the pump when I didn’t park wrong at all and the staff block the exit for parking numbers 4-8 . I then got told I have to move my car so the cx can get past even though I shouldn’t have too . I Got told to move it by the cones and then before I finished my shopping the manager came up to me and told me I have to pay £70 fine for how I parked at the pump . I was in shock that the workers could treat customers like this . I then told them I will not be paying because how they told me to park . They then said next time I will be charged . I will not be going to this Tesco again as this is disgusting and don’t except to be treated like this in my local Tesco store . I would not go here as they charge you to park up and go in store to do shopping even when your paying for fuel .

Although it's looking a bit old and tired and you frequently cannot get a receipt if you pay at pump, it has consistently had the lowest price petrol I've seen in the area. Very important at the moment.

Rubbish , the staff slow. The forecourt is always closed for deliveries at stupid times of the day. There is never enough staff behind the counter, there will lost of people waiting and there will.be one staff member behind the counter. The manager is unprofessional therr was one occasion when therr was a line out the door and she pulled one of the two staff off the till while she went through his rota with him. Despite customers expressing their annoyance she continued while we had to stand there for 10min. There is also stock on the shelves which are passed there used by date. All in all a really disappointing store and won't be shopping there any longer

Visited this tesco early morning , went to get a few groceries , the lady behind the till took a very long time to serve some customers , did not have a friendly approach , did not apologise for waiting time , the till line was confusing , with customers not knowing where to stand . She didnt ask if i would like a bag , i had to ask her . Needs better staff morale otherwise it would be a good store. In that sense the tesco should not be there as the road its self is very congested , with about 4 spaces for parking not many . it needs to look at moving further down the road . Or nearby somewhere with more space.

Traffic absolutely horrendous, took ages to get in to only find I went into a card only pump. Couldn't back out, nearly broke down . Had no petrol, had to go BP down road.

Do not use cash point, constantly skimming card info.Also the staff are horrid and rude, ignorant idiotic, went in as she stood with phone on loud speaker having a chat

Shame on you Tesco your one and only disabled parking is took up by this how long has the cherry picker been disabled

Lovely place to get what you need Daily (bread / milk).Friendly staff too. Good discounts on food if you manage to arrive at the right time..Only disappointing thing I'd say is when having deliveries the forecourt is normally blocked off while they stock take.

Just been there most of folk going in are not wearing a mask . You got to security to ask why they not enforcing it .. guess what .. no mask either .. disgusting after I recently been in hospital 5 weeks .. no longer feel safe in there so won’t go again
