From the first contact Rob Bailey & One connectivity have been so helpful. We have saved no end of money by swapping our phones and internet services to them. All the staff are really helpful, and get you sorted as soon as they can. A pleasure to do business with. Rob in particular spent so much time with me, getting everything correct and making sure that nothing was going astray, a credit to His employer.

I own my own IT company so am tech savy, understand costs and the added value of great service. From start to finish OC have been amazing. Pauls in operations leads a great team of engineers, including Ivor and Chris. Ive had multiple systems installed by One Connectivity, including one for myself! Communication has been great and all my customers are equally happy with the product, knowledge and service from a great team.

I've done business with Dave Bird at One Connectivity for several years now, initially I switched all my business sims to OC and then over the last few years I have also trusted them with my unified comms and business broadband services. They even upgraded my old cabling to ensure our services were blazing fast.The engineering and customer service teams at OC were second to none, which is why I'll continue to deal with them as long as I am in business. Outstanding service from initial meeting with Rob, to survey with Jack, and install with Ivor and Sam. Cannot fault them in any way. The install went without a hitch with no disruption to our business throughout the day.
