I went into Vodafone Gloucester and was served by Kellie she is a asset to your company friendly and professional and she was a good laugh, she's got energy that will light up the room (actually she would light up the world) the store wouldn't be the same if she left keep her at all costs

Apart from catching a head cold from the sales lady , I had excellent service in configuring a new phone. Got what I wanted pretty much pain free...

The customer service in Vodafone Gloucester branch keeps me loyal. Jamie spent ages on the system trying to sort out a problem. It is still unresolved but l will go back and Jamie will have another go. Great customer service Jamie. Many thanks

Could not have been more helpful. The young lady who was working on Sunday 17th in the morning was amazing.

Up until Monday I'd always had great customer service from this shop.On that day i took my broken phone in seeking help and advice. I was initially pleasantly approached by Victoria. However her complete attitude changed when she found I was only after help and wanted to get the data from my broken phone to an old one. Both supplied by Vodafone. She really wasn't helpful just advising me to go to online back up. Not really wanting to help transfer the sim and sd card which in the end she asked a colleague to do. No offer to send off for screen repair, no attempt even at a persuasion to consider buying a replacement. Awful attitude, couldn't give a monkey's and passively aggressive. I've previously worked in customer focused sales so recognise good and bad sales people. I would definitely not employ this person and if she had behaved like that in my business I'd terminate her employment for that incident.

Yesterday we visited to sort out phone contracts and we were immediately approached by Kellie when we arrived. she was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful with what we needed, she was patient, found the best deals for us, plus was great at chatting. Thanks Kellie:)

Absolutely fantastic experience in vodaphone today new phone plans and even earned a discount. The lady that served us was going on annual leave for two weeks but she was great and knew exactly what to do. Thank you for a great experience
