First time using Pottery Road Garage and it won't be my last. Dropped my car off for an MOT and was offered both a lift home and a pick up to collect it later. Super friendly staff and a very professional operation.

Me and my husband have been taking our cars to Pottery Road Garage for over 12 years and cannot rate them high enough.We have always received excellent customer service and nothing is ever too much trouble.The staff are always friendly and approachable and the mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable and have a great knack of being able to explain things in layman’s terms so you are clear as to what has been done to your car and the costs involved.Recently I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a car from Pottery Road Garage and the whole process from beginning to end went without hitch and was an overall positive and pleasant experience.I would not hesitate to recommend Pottery Road Garage to anyone.

Had some noise coming from my car and popped in to see if anyone could help. Despite being very busy Paul came out to take a look and a quick drive the identify the fault. Booked in and fixed a week or so later at a third of the cost VW wanted. My partner now also takes her car here for a service. Very friendly honest garage. Thanks all.

My car was due a service so I called into the Ford dealership to discuss it.It appears it needed a big service with new filters and the gearbox needed it's oil replaced. Cost £800 plus!! I decided to visit other garages and Pottery road agreed to do the required work for half the Ford price including a MOT and a courtesy car.Paul and his staff were excellent and did a great job .Next time my car needs work I know where I am going

Cannot fault this garage! 5 star customer service, experienced mechanics who actually explain the fault and if able to will show you what went wrong and why. Friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Just wish I hadn't moved away. I travel hundreds of miles to visit family and over the past 8 years this garage has always set the standard. Highly recommended.

I had excellent service today from Potter Road Gararge. The boss and his mechanics were friendly and sorted out the problem with my car in a professional and efficient manner.I would not hesitate to recommend this garage. I will definitely return again when my car needs maintenance.
