Paramount is an excellent place to train. They have incredibly friendly staff who are very supportive and offer great advice. I was nervous about joining however the atmosphere they have created makes it a very welcoming place. 10/10.

Member for 10+ years at Paramount. The gym has good variety of equipment and is suitable for everyone. Whether it’s weights based training or cardio based training the staff are friendly and helpful and will assist in achieving your set goals!!

Nice space to do the workouts you need and open early/late too. If you feel a little intimidated to start the gym, this is a great place to start because you never feel judged, there's always a mix of people in.

Brilliant gym I've been a member for 18 months, I've always worried about gyms in the past due to the size I was. However no judgement at Paramount just good honest help and advice I've lost 6stone and gone down 5 dress sizes......

Awesome gym with a great variety of classes! There's always a friendly member of staff to give you advice and help you out too! Been a member here now for nearly 3 years and recently there have been some great changes and improvements. Keep it up guys! :-)
