Well this was quite a Decent store to visit and do some shopping from, with quite a large variety of products for the home and outdoors. Good selection of seasonal goods aswel, cater quite well for different seasons. Car park is good but because of the gym next door its mainly full so may need to use the b&m or aldi car park at times.

First time in this huge branch..my it was busy. The staff were exceedingly pleasant, helpful and efficient. It's definitely worth a visit

The cafe staff in this store are amazing I went in for a bite to eat with my 2 children and my son accidentally knock over a drink of hot chocolate the young women who clean it up was very understanding and helpful she immediately made sure we where ok and it didn’t get on Any of us as it was just made, she even reassured my son that’s spilled drinks happen a lot as he was embarrassed about knocking it over. Over all a really great cafe a big thank you to the young lady to I believe her name was Lucy.

Very good cafe for a bite to eat and drink. Staff are excellent, especially the two working at the time we visited, who's name's i think was Britney and kaylea. But the cafe is massively under staffed, Definitely needs more than two staff..

First time using this store in Blackburn and it was brilliant! Nice big shop with 5 aisles of Christmas stuff to wade through. Plenty of other stuff like toys and groceries. Will defo be going back.

Visited again today from Nelson, had some drinks and snacks in the cafe. Many thanks to Rebecca and Lucy for making our visit a relaxed one. I had my daughter who has learning disabilities and my 3.5yr old grandson and husband and they couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The whole store is very good, all the staff are very helpful and pleasant, lovely place to shop

Only wanted a coffee luckily, literally all but two tables covered in dirty cups and plates. To make matters worse the manageress and lady working in the cafe walked past it half a dozen times. If this is what it looks like front of house i wouldnt risk eating here coz pretty sure back of house wouldn't pass a health inspection. 2 stars as didnt eat and coffe was ok
